Bio

Martinez played in 34 games her freshman season for Hancock in 2017, mainly as a pinch runner. She scored 14 runs, stole 11 bases and collected five hits and one RBI. Martinez was a four-year varsity softball player for Orcutt Academy, who earned all-league, all-CIF and all-county honors for the Spartans. A communications major, she plans to become a journalist. Winning the conference championship last season with the Bulldogs is her favorite sports memory.
