SOFTBALL SHUTDOWN BY CUESTA

SANTA MARIA-- The Allan Hancock College softball team struggled to reach base against Cuesta, losing, 15-0, in a Western State Conference game.

Hancock (6-23, 1-7 WSC North) could only muster two hits off of two Cougar pitchers, both collected by Veronica Gonzalez. Cuesta put the game away with an eight run fourth inning.

AHC will host Ventura on Thursday, Apr. 7, for a doubleheader beginning at 1:00 p.m.
