Josue Garcia and Austin Moccardini headlined the list for the Bulldogs as First Team All-Conference selections.
Garcia, a freshman member of the roster, was selected after a stellar breakout season behind the plate for AHC. In conference play, the Santa Maria native boasted a .381 batting average along with a .452 on-base percentage. He racked up six doubles and one triple against WSC opponents to go along with 20 RBIs after 37 hits. Garcia also successfully threw out 10 of the 16 runners who attempted to steal and was involved in five double plays.
Moccardini, a sophomore right-handed pitcher, picked up two wins and five saves while making 11 appearances on the mound for the Hancock during conference competition. The product of Bakersfield posted a 5.86 strikeouts per nine-inning average after sitting down 28 WSC batters. Moccardini now becomes a two-time All-WSC selection throughout his junior college career after receiving an Honorable Mention nod last season.
Andrew Sandoval (INF), Isaac Imamura (INF), Braden Oliver (OF), Matt Kovach (DH), and Jaiden Turner (P) were picked up as Second Team All-Conference honorees. Turner also closes out his two-year career as a two-time All-WSC selection after previously landing on the Honorable Mention list as a freshman.
The Bulldogs saw three pick up Honorable Mention designations this season: Colin Johnston (INF), Owen Bolich (INF), and Nathan Coffey (P).
Bolich (1B), Johnston (3B), Oliver (CF), and J. Garcia (C) rounded out the accolade winners after being selected as Gold Glove recipients for their respective positions.
Hancock finished the conference schedule with a 13-11 mark against league foes, placing them fourth in the final conference standings.
